This hotel was an exceptional experience with luxurious amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was incredibly relaxing and the indoor swimming pool and sauna were very refreshing. We had a relaxing massage and facial in a beautiful treatment room, leaving us feeling pampered and rejuvenated. the restaurant served delicious food with many special diet menus available. the room also had exclusive advantages, including a private balcony and stunning views of the city.

The only minor issue was that the bar/lounge area was slightly crowded. this was expected due to its popularity and the wonderful atmosphere it provides.

I recently stayed at Radisson Hotel Sydney for a short getaway. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to Circular Quay and Wynyard Station. The staff were exceptional, providing personal and friendly service. Our room was comfortable and quiet, allowing for a great night's rest. Even though the restaurants were closed for the holiday, the bar food was delicious. The highlight was when the GM left a handwritten note for my daughter's birthday, making it a truly memorable experience.

The high tea at the hotel allowed me to slow down and appreciate the finer things in life. It was a delightful experience, akin to stepping into a world of elegance and charm, where every bite was a small piece of indulgence.

Check-in confusion.

We stayed at a hotel located in the heart of downtown, conveniently located to explore the city's attractions. The hotel is close to Circular Quay, which is within walking distance to the Opera House and ferries. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, offering plenty of dining options. The rooms were well-kept and spacious, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. the hotel has a pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The staff member at check-in was not the most efficient, and we had to wait for an extended period before getting our room.

Great central location, close to key attractions and amenities. The room was clean and well-appointed, with modern features like USB chargers and a coffee pod machine to enhance the stay. The staff were attentive, always ready to assist and provide excellent service.

I keep coming back for the superb service. The staff once helped me print tickets. The amenities suit me perfectly, including free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, and in-room breakfast. Can't beat the convenience. Plus, I'm returning for another city trip soon.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel located in the heart of the city. The location was perfect for us as it was very close to the harbour and all major attractions in this city. We loved that this hotel had excellent facilities including a swimming pool and gym, which we didn't end up using but looked great. The staff was excellent as they were always happy and courteous, providing us with fantastic assistance and suggestions. We particularly enjoyed breakfast at some of the great spots nearby.

Great location for sightseeing and shopping, with easy walking distance to Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. Comfortable, quiet rooms with thoughtful additions. Friendly and helpful staff, who made check-in and check-out quick and easy. Valet parking available and convenient. Nice pool for a morning swim.

The central location allowed us easy access to the iconic opera house which offers six diverse performance spaces, including a concert hall and an opera theater. The hotel itself provided a top-notch experience, with the tower standing at an impressive 250 meters above street level and also offering a complimentary 4D cinema experience. The spacious room, friendly staff, and easy access to significant landmarks made our family trip truly memorable.

My wife says that the hotel could enhance the family experience by providing an outdoor play area or a dedicated kids' entertainment zone to ensure more options for children's activities.

The service is outstanding, everyone is so attentive. The location is great, close to CBD and The Rocks. The bed and room are comfortable. Cons: Oh, the lighting in the room is just perfect if you want to read in the dark.

The room was so cozy, with a comfy bed and a fantastic view. The thoughtful details like the bathrobe and slippers made me feel pampered, and the capsule coffee machine was a game-changer for my morning routine. It just felt like home.

I personally found the lighting a bit dim, but I understand that some people might like the relaxed atmosphere it creates.

I chose this hotel for a product showcase and was impressed by the dedicated team and attention to detail, ensuring the success of my event. The outstanding facilities in the stylish surroundings of The Fax Bar provided the perfect setting to enjoy a drink.

The only service that I missed for my work was a more extensive selection of healthy breakfast options.

The bed was very comfortable too. Although the wifi could have been better, we were able to get connected eventually. a great stay.
